These terms apply to the 87VPN website, user panel, clients, international routes, and related subscription services. If users disagree with any part of these terms, they should stop accessing the user panel and using the related services. Privacy information is covered separately in this site's Privacy Policy.
Service Scope and Coverage
87VPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and optimized network paths, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route types, available regions, and client features may change based on network conditions, maintenance, and available service resources.
The service improves the connection path between a user's device and the target network; it does not control target websites, applications, or content providers. Whether a third-party service is accessible, an account remains usable, content can be played, or the target service changes its policies is determined by the relevant third party.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other actions performed through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but is intended only for the account holder and reasonable personal use. Users may not resell, rent out, publicly post subscription information, or share account or connection credentials with unspecified individuals. Users may not distribute route resources extensively through automation or continuously consume service resources far beyond normal personal use.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should manage their use according to the subscription status, remaining traffic, and validity shown in the user panel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and where the service is used, and independently confirm that accessing target content is permitted under those rules. The service may not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of illegal content, attacks on network systems, interference with service operations, or other unlawful activities.
If the system detects clearly abnormal resource consumption, bulk resale, attacks, or usage that may threaten route stability, 87VPN may take necessary measures such as limiting connections, suspending related features, or terminating an account. Such measures are intended only to protect service security, route order, and normal use by other users.
Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections can be affected by carrier routing, the user's local network, device settings, target service policies, and temporary maintenance. 87VPN maintains its routes and clients but does not promise that any specific route will remain continuously available, that a particular target service will always be accessible, or that connection results will be identical every time.
If device failures, incorrect settings, third-party changes, local network outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control cause connection failures, speed changes, or inaccessible content, 87VPN will provide practical troubleshooting guidance but is not liable for losses directly caused by third-party systems or user actions. Users should save necessary data and confirm connection status before important operations.
Termination, Changes, and Refunds
Users may stop using the service at any time. For accounts that violate these terms, resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with route operations, or use the service unlawfully, 87VPN may suspend or terminate service and, where appropriate, restrict continued access to the user panel.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods.
87VPN may update these terms to reflect legal requirements, service features, or operational arrangements. Updates will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced through available on-site methods; continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
